All poultry,beef,lamb,goat, pork and smoked products are raised humanely on open pasture land and are never given antibiotics, steroids, hormones, nitrates or any thing artificial. All meat are processed at a USDA certified facility and all cheeses are processed at a certified dairy facility registered with the Pa Department of Agriculture.
